Julie's blog

A Proud Texan, wife, mom, and animal lover. It goes without saying that I am a book enthusiast. I read, review, blog, promote and repeat. I spend 5 to 6 hours a day working with books in one way or the other.  In my free time, I devote myself to my family, my five pets, and to calling attention to the prevention of animal cruelty, violence against women and illiteracy.  I read many genres and would love for you to contact me if you need a review.  I also love doing promotions on my blog such as tours, interviews with authors and characters and doing spotlights along with the review posts.  I am so happy to be a part of your team!

You can also find Cécile's bio on her website

Cécile was born in Lyon, France, and her obsession with books started when she was 14. Her grand-parents had lent her Gone With the Wind by Margaret Mitchell, and she spent part of the summer indoors reading. Needless to say her tan didn’t really improve that year! It was also around that time that Cécile fell in love with the English language. Several years later, in 1999, Cécile moved to Toronto, Canada, with her cat and 5 suitcases. After working in customer service and advertising for 10 years, she went back to school and became a library technician. But surrounded by books at home and at work, it was only a matter of time before she decided to start a blog to share her love of reading. She now lives in Ottawa, Canada, with her husband, her daughter and their cat.
